Job Description:

Stable and growing mid-size title company in the Saint Charles County area is seeking an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper to take care of a fast-paced office environment.  This is an excellent culture with a great team of people going after a common goal-to serve the clients in a successful manner. Responsibilities include:

  • All bookkeeping through financial statement preparation using QuickBooks
  • Work closely with outside payroll service
  • Human Resources-benefits and retirement plan enrollment with employees, track vacation, send out notices
  • Account reconciliations
  • High volume A/P and billing
  • General office management duties
Preferred Skills:

Qualifications needed:

  • 7+ years full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Strong systems experience including Microsoft Office-Excel, Word and QuickBooks
  • Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Management experience-critical thinking and analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership presence with a positive outlook
  • Experience working with an outside payroll service
