Paul Iadevito is President of ABACUS Recruiting and joined the organization in 2007. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the executive recruiting and sales industries. He began his recruiting career with a national firm and then brought that experience to ABACUS to continue assisting local, regional and national companies with their recruiting needs.

Paul has cultivated relationships with small, privately held organizations along with large, publicly traded companies and private-equity firms. He enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to both his client companies and candidates. His recruiting specialty areas include mid-level and executive searches for accounting, finance and human resources professionals and executives. Paul holds a Bachelors Degree from Truman State University.


Caitlin Barker is a Recruiting Manager at ABACUS Recruiting. With more than 12 years of experience in recruitment and customer service, she possesses a robust background in Information Technology hiring, along with a proven track record in filling positions across engineering, administrative, and accounting/financial sectors.

Caitlin is adept at career mentoring and resume writing, providing valuable support to individuals in their professional journey. Her work focuses on transforming lives while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.
