Legal Assistant

A highly regarded financial institution, located in West County, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the legal department. Coordinating effective communication throughout multiple departments will be a large part of the role. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, professional environment is essential. This is a 6-month consulting opportunity looking for a mid-March start date and the strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent position.

Duties:
• Thorough research of confidential information
• Working in a team format assisting attorneys
• Procuring and maintaining documents, reports and spreadsheets
• Facilitating internal and external communications
• Administrative support

Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sound judgement and confidentiality
• Managing high volumes of tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Deliver exceptional client-service
