Senior Analyst - M&A

Location: Ideally St. Louis, MO (but can be remote)

A very dynamic, and well-respected, company in St. Louis is actively searching for a Senior Analyst to complete their Mergers and Acquisitions Team. They are looking for that “one of a kind” candidate that will, not only, be able to take on the responsibilities of this position now, but also, grow into their team for the future. This opportunity requires a professional who's a "self-starter" and enjoys working with a solid team.

Candidates will be degreed in Accounting/Finance or similar field, have 2+ years of experience in audit, buy/sell-side due diligence and analysis in an M&A environment, assist with business research, valuation analysis, ad hoc projects, and strong systems. Must also be a good team member and enjoy working with a variety of professionals.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • Solid buy/sell-side due diligence, audit and analysis experience
  • Public accounting industry experience and/or similar field
  • CPA, CFA highly preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communicator
  • Strong internal drive
  • Strong systems skills – advanced Excel
  • Someone who enjoys being a solid team player


  • Analysis in performing financial due diligence in M&A transactions
  • Valuation analysis
  • Business research
  • Creating and designing reports
  • Effectively communicate with team, clients and external resources
